Wow, that's quite a broad topic - are you running a web hosting site of your own you'd like to promote? Or are you working as an affiliate? Either way, there are a lot of comments here about how to promote a website and you should start by making sure the site itself is getting high rankings, showing up on searches, etc. Your overall goal should be that, when someone searches "Web hosting" on google, you show up on the first page.
